WeChat Flow is the control room I use to run Official Accounts for clients without a support team. It covers menu-driven routing, keyword-triggered flows, template message scheduling, tag-based segmentation and a handover desk so a real person can take over mid-conversation. The flow builder is JSON-driven, so a non-developer can change a branch without touching code.
